    No replacement parts available

I bought a couple of these cots and have used them for a few nights. I was pretty happy with them. The other day I took them camping and broke one of the leg brackets. I was not doing anything out of normal use when it broke. I didn’t think much about it, thinking that I would just contact NatureHike and purchase a replacement. I contacted customer service and they replied that they do not sale replacement parts. For this reason, I gave this product a one star review. So if you spend the money on this cot, just know that if you break one of the plastic brackets, you can plan on flushing $70-80 down the toilet.

    Poor Quality Control

I think the quality of the product may be good, but their organization is lacking. Twice I ordered this cot and twice I received the wrong top. Even after seeing the picture, they did not understand the problem and offer a solution other than a refund. Bought another brand.

Brute force is needed to assemble and disassemble needs 3 times force!

Putting this cot together was hard, but taking it apart was harder. Brute force is required! Not meant for an older woman. Can’t camp on my own. Always will need help with my cot!

    good night sleep

I went on a 2 day kayak trip with this product. I was the first one to have my site set up and the forst one to have it packed up. I slept like a baby, I was concerned about it being too close to the ground and my weight sagging it. This did not happen. Very satisfied with the purchase. Fit nicely in my kayak and even was able to squeeze an air mattress into the same bag as the cot.

Makes for a great night sleep. If there were a tent topper this would be an all around piece of backpacking gear and worth the weight in my pack.

    Camping cot

Great low profile camping cot. Inused this for the first time last night camping before an early morning duck hunt. Once it was assembled, it was very sturdy and comfortable to sleep on. For the price, I would say it’s a great value.

    Good buy

The comfort is good enough for the money. The real takeaway is the mobility. I love how I can fit this is my dufflebag or backpack when disassembled. Its also pretty sturdy. Alittle tough to get the legs on the main frame but thats a good thing. You want it to be sturdy and not so loose.Would recommend

    What we were expecting!

This cot was easy to understand set up, the cross bars on the bottom were a little hard to get in place but I think that’s what makes it so supportive. We like the durability and storage bags. Just be careful to slide the long side bars into place all the way into the fabric pocket before adding the cross bars.

    Not worth it

I fought with this thing an hour trying to set it up. Too big to get in a two man tent once set up; too difficult to set up once in the tent. Taking it apart is just as hard. Not for the average woman; it takes serious muscle to get the legs on and off. I hurt my back messing with it. My love story ends in divorce.

Maybe I’m not a cot kinda girl

I can’t give this a bad review. Since it’s the one and only cot I’ve ever tried. Its very uncomfortable to me bc it has no give to it what so ever. BUT… It is super easy to assemble and pack up. Lightweight. Seems well made from rip stop fabric and is extra long for tall peopleπŸ‘

As described. Sturdy easy to assemble.

Light, easy to assemble. Used to two weeks with multiple tear downs and put ups. 200 # 6 feet. Tow complaints, width- wish it were slightly wider but is as described. Second issue- if not level and placed downhill longitudinally will fold and collapse. No issue is slope is lateral or if level.

    Good enough

The cot seems sturdy, particularly laterally. Vertically, head to toe, it’s not too sturdy. Side to side motion is okay. Vertical motion is no good. The legs collapsed underneath me. That was on flat ground. If the head is higher than the feet, the legs will likely fold underneath. It is pretty comfortable. It could hold an air mattress.

Recommend BUT it requires strong arms to set up!

Didn’t get 5 stars because it requires a lot of pressure on the beams to attach them to the side poles. It doens’t sag, and it felt very comfortable with a thick foam between cot and me. SUPER light and packs tiny, so easy to carry – definitely recommend if you have strong arms!!

    Sturdy, lightweight.

The thing that transforms this cot is a 2” inflatable insulated pad AND THIS… Buy some of that foam β€œcarpet anti-skid mat” and cut it to the size of your sleeping pad. If not, you’ll slip around a lot more.

    The One

Had. King Camp before this one that broke on first use. Returned and ordered this model and so glad I did. Use it for motorcycle camping in a small two-man tent. Just enough height to act like a box spring. The legs create no bars under the sleeping surface, so no risk of getting bars in your back. Very simple to set up; pressure required to pop the legs into place is form but not difficult. I’m 6’3 and fit my bigness perfectly. Never been a cot camper before, but can’t imagine going back now.

It’s a good low cost off brand light weight cot.

Im a wildland firefighter getting a good night’s rest is important to me. I ordered this on the middle of 2020 fire season and spent 14 days sleeping on it on the colorado rockies the day after it arrived. Im a pretty small guy so I can’t speak for taller people but at 5,6 135lbs this was comfortable and durable goes together pretty quick a bit difficult to not pinch your fingers when putting the legs on only reason it’s not 5 star. Materials are good for the price and the weight is great. Compacts pretty well for fire wouldn’t take it back packing. Recommended if you want to be up off the ground, would be more comfortable with a sleeping pad on top but mine had popped so I spent the time sleeping on it alone with no issues.

Very comfortable and sturdy once assembled

Comfort level on par with non-travel cots. No sag insured good clearance above ground. Short legs facilitated inside tent fit. Attaching 5 legs required adult strength and bracing a knee against the leg in a “stringing a bow” position to get the attachment, but result was a strong support. Small package for hikers

    Excellent choice for camping

It had been a while since I went camping but I remember trying to sleep with a rock poking into your back even through my mat. Got the cot since it is low profile enough to fit in a tent and can hold me (265lbs). Was perfect. The biggest fear I had was trying to sleep comfortably and I didn’t have a single issue. Definitely glad I got this.

    Great product.

Well built, compact for storage (comes with storage bag), simple straight forward assembly. After 26+ years in the military and more cot time than I can track, this is easily the most comfortable cot I have ever used. For reference I am 6’1″ tall, 235lbs and it fits perfect w/o my head or feet hanging over the ends or the support area sagging. It truly does contour to your body as defined when you lay down. Quite possibly my most satisfying purchase in the past year.

This is the camping cot you’re looking for.

After much research I took a chance on it and wasn’t disappointed. It’s very light, compact, sturdy, and comfortable. I used it in combination with a self inflating mattress and had the best sleep I’ve ever had camping. It’s easy to put together, buy you will need to use a little strength to bend the rods enough to lock them in place. Once assembled though, its quite sturdy. I weigh 290, and it handled me just fine, but make sure you’re on a level surface. I can see how that could create a problem. Also, if you are a bigger person, even if you aren’t, don’t just plop down on it, or drop a knee in the middle of it. I wouldn’t want to test it’s integrity in such a way. I kneeled next to it and sort of eased onto it gently. Its stable, but it isn’t a park bench. Looking forward to trying it out backcountry camping. Get it.

Overall really good, with some minor shortcomings.

Let me start by saying that I bought this with the express intent of using it for winter backpacking. I sleep great with a ground pad in regular weather to 40’s Fahrenheit. Put snow on the ground and things start to get serious. It’s sturdy. It’s inexpensive. (comparatively) It’s medium weight. (5 lbs is acceptable to me.) It’s a little hard too set up, but not too bad, especially if you use the ground to help bend the supports. It opens up to a very reasonable size.I think the biggest issue that I have is that it doesn’t pack down very well. I think the manufacturers are aware of this, which is why they kind of try to hide that fact. It packs down to about the size of a standard 2-3 person tent. So, be advised on that. Perfectly fine for car camping. I’m curious about making it work for backpacking.MIGHT do an update after I take it out. But all in all, certainly good enough to keep.

    Ultralight heavy weight cot

Item arrived in good order as promised. parts are of good quality. The instructions on set were clear with the exception of how to get on and off of the cot. Initially I wasn’t happy with the purchase as the legs collapsed as I was getting out of it. It also needs to be on a relatively level surface as the legs will collapse if not level. The weak point is how the legs attach to the rail by “clamping” onto and spreading the cot apart as opposed to being inserted into the rail. I gave it a second chance at a following camp. After watching several videos from various suppliers and enthusiasts I found one that demonstrated how to “dismount” from the cot. I found that getting on and off, one should grasp each side/rail then place a knee in the center and stretch out on the cot. To “dismount” very carefully roll into the prone position and grasp each rail/side then raise up on one knee placing the other knee off the cot and transfer your weight to that knee and climb off the cot. Once I figured this out it has been much better. I have slept on it at 2 successive camps without issue but am still careful with it. I will say the cot is comfortable, especially with a camping mattress on it and I have gotten a more restful nights sleep using it than without. Sturdiness is a bit of an issue but I realize I am at the upper end of what this cot is rated for and it is an ultra light low profile cot. All in all for the price and that it will support just over 300 lbs I think it is a good cot.

Not bad for a side sleeper.

I am surprised how comfortable this cot is. I’ve never used a camp cot before, but as I get older, my hips and shoulders just don’t tolerate sleeping on the ground while camping anymore. I’m a side sleeper 5’7″ and about 145 lbs. and this cot fits quite well. I had a chance to use it for two nights on a trip and it worked well with a little insulation added. I used a standard Thermarest self inflating mat on top of this cot and had a great night’s sleep. It is pretty light weight, easy to set up and packs down small for limited space while car camping. It’s not something I would want to lug around in the backcountry while backpacking, preferring to keep light with a neorair, but overall happy with the comfort while car camping. I just might consider bringing this along on my next bike tour….

    I love it

I am 300 lbs and was looking for a light weight cot that could handle my weight and be easy to carry and set up. After much searching I stumbled across this product and decided to give it a try.Setting up: Hard at first, but it gets easier the more you do it. I am still trying to figure out the long poles and the end pockets of the cot… But it has performed pretty well.Sleeping on: I found that this cot does not need an extra layer of padding, I am quite comfortable on it just the way it is. (I am very curvy and it accommodates my hips well). My sleeping bag is a bit cushiony so that could help.Toss and turn: I have woken up where the canvas type cloth and the long poles have shifted a bit because I toss and turn at night. I am wondering if this is a design problem or a human error on putting it together correctly. Most likely my fault as I said I struggle with the pockets at then end (one end has the pockets and the other doesn’t and same with the other side…I don’t quite understand it). It’s great for tent camping, weighs light, packs small, keeps you off the ground, roomy, sturdy, comfortable.Over all I am happy and would recommend.

This was a 5 day on the river, so I know when packing I have to keep things light and small to fit in my kayak. This cot did not disappoint. The cot fit in a dry bag that I was able to fit in my large front hatch and was light! Usually I hammock camp, so I set all my hammock stuff vs my cot stuff and it came to about the same weight! So lets get down to the nuts and bolt. I am a big girl 240 5’8 and this cot held my bouncing around and tossing and turning on all terrains for the trip. The only complaint and its really not a complaint, is the brackets/legs are a bit hard to lock in to place…But once you get the first one on off the rest are much easier! So if you are looking for a light weight/compact cot to punish…this one is the one! I did buy the Naturehike cot cover-and did a review on that as well!

    a must in rainy camping

I just came back from a camping trip with a couple of intense rainy days. This cot was a life saver. My tent set-up was great but no matter how good the rain proof set-up is, the inner walls/floor of the tent will eventually get wet from condensation/humidity. I was the only one with a cot and had very cozy dry nights. I’m 60kg, and could sit and lie down no problem on the cot. the cot has a good length and width, I’m 165cm high, the cot fit perfectly in my Nimbus 2P, it’s light although not enough for backpacking. The mounting operation is tricky, you want to make sure you start placing the feet at the two extremes first and then place the central ones. It requires some strength, I had to place the cot on a table and pull each foot hard against my belly to snap them in place. Still looking as new after the trip.

    Comfortable!

I’ve slept on this cot for three weeks! I have a new puppy and was sleeping next to the crate to take him out during the night. The cot was very comfortable! At first I just slept on the cot with a blanket, but noticed my back was cold. I then put an air mattress under me and used a sleeping bag – perfect! I will use this cot when I go car / tent camping. For backpacking I prefer a hammock. Overall a great purchase!PS. It is low to the ground, so when you get off it, its a roll maneuver onto your knees then up. Also after three weeks the fabric did not sag and it was taught!

    Compact Cot for Motorcycle Travel

I recently purchased this compact cot from Amazon with the intention of using it during my motorcycle trips. I needed something that would fit easily in the pannier, and this cot turned out to be the perfect solution. Not only does it fit snugly in my motorcycle’s storage, but it also provides a comfortable sleeping surface for the few nights I’m on the road. One of the best things about this cot is its comfort level. My daughter, who went to youth camp for a week, actually chose to use this cot over an air pad. She mentioned that her bed was more comfortable compared to the other campers’ sleeping arrangements. This speaks volumes about the quality of the cot’s design and construction. While assembling the cot, I did notice that it requires a bit of muscle to get the legs properly installed. However, considering the nature of this type of setup, it’s reasonable to assume that anyone looking for a compact cot would likely possess the physical fitness to handle it. Once the cot is set up, the effort is well worth it.

wow! packs small but supports my 188cm/108kG body just fine!

The only way it could be better is to offer a mesh fabric version for hot weather camping (just add a foam pad/matress or beach towel on the bottom for cool weather camping). Mesh also allows sand to pass through off of ones feet for beach/desert camping. I am a big and heavy guy and have slept in this cot for 6 nights so far. There is NO tent floor damage from the legs, NO fabric/seam damage, and NO poles bent. I have a van camper but our son likes to do “real camping” (in a tent/under a tarp) and these cots make “real camping” so pleasant!

    Better build quality than competition

I tired out Naturehike and Marchway cots for comparison. Both of them are similar in weight of cot but this one is much better built with larger cot rails that could handle 330lbs according to specs. I’m ~200lbs and this feels quite comfortable with less slag. I also like that it is engineered better where support legs are placed away from cot tubing jointsπŸ‘πŸ½

    COMFORTABLE AND LIGHTWEIGHT

This is a really handy bed because it can be used for camping but it is lightweight and has a carrying pouch so you can take it with you anywhere. You could take it with you too the river and just set it up during the day if you want to lay down. This is a great product and it survive the weekend of lots abused by a heavy adult. They were times when I would take my knee or my elbow into the cot, trying to get out of it, because it is low to the ground, and I was surprised that the bird caught didn’t give under pressure or weight. And I weigh over 200 pounds . So it definitely did the job and it was comfortable to sleep in.

    Game changer for hiking

I bought this for my dad and his hiking trips. He reported that it was way better than the air mattress he used in the past. He just took it on the AT a week ago and said it worked perfect and was light enough to carry in his pack for several miles.

    A camping must have

This is a must have, it is compact, and durable. Literally takes less than 3 minutes to assemble and disassemble. Used it on a five day backcountry trip through Utah and with the Rocky surface, this product keeps you off the ground, also allows air between you and ground which is quite nice in the summer months!

    Not quite there

Really was hoping for a cot that fit all my needs at the right price point. This cot is light, sturdy and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t comfortable enough. I am 5’11” and 195lbs. Don’t need to lay on my stomach but laying on my side was just not an option and there’s really nowhere for your arms to go. The only option with this cot is to lay solely on your back with your arms tucked in to your sides. Even in that position, I could tell I would have a hard time getting a good night’s rest. I purchased this specifically to get a better night’s rest than on a sleeping pad and can only see a marginal upgrade in comfort. This may work for lighter and smaller people, but I shift positions too much when I sleep and have a sensitive lower back. I’ll be returning and opting for another product.

    Great travel cot.

I use this several ways and it works for each very well. It rides well on the motorcycle for a more comfortable nights sleep. I also take it with the family for the hotel. Family of five means two double beds doesn’t quite cut it, but putting a teenager (or Dad…) on a cot keeps travel costs down and packing is light! Recommend a camping sleep pad as the little cover on this is bulky but doesn’t provide much in the way of comfort.

    Comfortable but broken on arrival

This is a comfortable cot for camping but it arrived broken. I replaced the broken shock cord and went on using it.
