    The Pathfinder Rip-Stop Waxed Canvas Single Strap Hiking Pack

    First thing I like ripstop material, that means it will dry fast if its wet and breezy. The bag is folded in on itself, so it is much deeper than it looks, its double the depth of the original picture. It’s a mottled green my favorite color, it is also waxed meaning somewhat weather resistant, when its wet you know. So far I like everything about it. I haven’t went out to the woods with it yet but I don’t think I will be disappointed. But it is not a pack its a carrying bag with a strap to ride your shoulder.

    I use mine for day hikes to practice my Bushcrafting skills bc I don’t like back packs I love a high Quality haversack I do own many including the Helican one but I am more drawn to the simplistic of this bag carrying way I need for a day hike

    This bag is the perfect size for day or overnight trips. Flap stays closed nicely and the quality and finish of the haversack is top notch. I’ll be able to pass this onto my future children without a doubt.

    Great a small game bag

    Bought this last year to use as small game bag for squirrels. Works great can hold up to three gray squirrels. If you plan on using it for the same purpose id recommend put the game in a small plastic bag so you won’t get the bag bloody.

    Overall not too bad… straps are a bit weak.

    Holds a lot of material and resources. I like the pathfinder logo on it!Only area for improvement would be the strap. Maybe make it a tad bit wider and heavier duty. Other than that, good to hook!

    This bag is not what I imagined it to be. Instead of a sturdy usable bag, I received a cheap piece of thin cloth disguised as a haversack with a thin dubious looking strap. This item looks more like a child’s toy than anything else. I will not be buying anything else from the Pathfinder store.

    I have been using it since I received it. Wears easily and has plenty of inside space for all of your items. Big fan! If you do any foraging, this cleans up so easy afterwards! A must!

    Super Cheap “”not kidding””…!!!

    If you enjoy getting cheap, lousy, crap, then this is for you. This is the 2nd item I have bought from “”The Pathfinder “” and both were absolute junk. But I’ve learned my lesson. Never again. This bag cost probably a $1.00 to make if that. If you just want the logo and nothing else, go for it. Terrible product. Dave should be ashamed for selling this garbage. And the pot for cooking is just as bad. Heads up survivalist’s Dave is ripping me and anyone else foolish enough to buy it. I am not kidding, absolute garbage. A Wal-mart cloth bag would serve you better and be a lot cheaper. Peace.

    This seemed like a good value purchase. I thought the price was cheap but had the pathfinder label which I trust. So I took a chance. This product is cheap and the product is just that. If you needing quality made, adjustable strap and sturdiness buy something else.

    A must have for camping

    I purchased this and have been using it for about two months now. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of gear. It is light and thin, so it doesn’t weight down my backpack. Once at camp it is great for everything from foraging tinder and kindling to carrying my freshly filtered and refilled water bottles back to camp from my water source. It is waterproof enough to protect quick grab items from a heavy dew or light rain.I am buying one for each of my kids.I wish it had a wider, length adjustable strap. I also intend to brush in Otterwax before the start of next season just to increase the waterproofing. But it has not failed to perform any of the tasks I have put it to.
