Nice features for 50° bag
This sleeping bag has several nice features. On the inside of the bag, is a sewn-in label that gives you the temperature range where the sleeping bag is appropriate to use. The zipper has a sewn-in guard to keep the zipper from catching on the lining while you’re zipping up the bag. (See picture) The zipper itself has a pull that can be used from either the inside or the outside of the bag.There is also a zipper that opens from the bottom of the bag. Where it meets the side zipper, there isn’t a gap or hole like you’d find on most bags, but instead, the zippers overlap so that you don’t have an air hole making your feet cold. The other zipper closes nice and snugly at the fold at the bottom.There is a Velcro flap at the top over the zipper to keep the zipper from bothering your face while you’re sleeping. It even has an extra piece of loop Velcro so that when the bag is open the hook part doesn’t catch on anything and snag it. The bag has a hood with a drawstring and cord lock as well. This is a nice bag that is especially good for 45° and up.The sleeping bag comes with its own compression sack for storage. It is fairly easy to roll up and put back in the bag. If you have a hard time holding sleeping bags together after rolling, I suggest using a Velcro strap to hold the rolled bag in place.

Works, but far from failsafe
It fulfilled it’s purpose; to keep you warm within a designated range of temperatures.The construction, though, not very good. The zipper got caught and then detached from the line as I tried to remove the fabric caught in the zipper, as a result, I was unable keep the heat inside of the sleeping bag, and slept through the cold; my solution was just to wear layers.I attempted to re-attach the zipper to the line, and that didn’t work in this case.Overall, it serves it’s purpose, but the material and quality are expected for its cost. I will be returning it because why would I keep a unzippable sleeping bag.Other pet peeve of mine is the absolutely atrocious amount of branding stamped all over it. I personally don’t like branding on stuff, but with some exceptions, especially if it’s front and center and to the largest degree possible, this was an exception. In the product overview, the images make it seem like they don’t have all of this, but when you get it, you can clearly see that the inside is filled with their branding, and it’s just silly.

Warmth
This is a very compact sleeping bag that was surprisingly warm. Didn’t use it in any extreme cold, but it is a great bag for mid spring to late fall, even if overnight temps drop into the 40’s.
